Jason O'Neill, Head of Global Training Services

As Kepner-Tregoe's Head of Global Training Services, Jason is responsible for the strategy of KT's core Problem Solving training portfolio and focusing on the needs of clients in Leadership & Development and Human Resources roles.

Jason has an extensive Product Management and Marketing background. His focus is on helping organizations develop their employee's problem solving capabilities and improve operational performance.

During his time at KT, Jason has led successful projects including re-launch of KT's core training product, Problem Solving and Decision Making, and growth of KT's North America training business. He also works with customers as a consultant, customer relationship manager and certified trainer for KT Problem Solving & Decision Making.

Prior to joining Kepner-Tregoe, Jason managed multiple warehouse operations for UPS Supply Chain Solutions. He later become a Product Marketing Manager focused on the needs of UPS' High Tech and Healthcare clients.

Jason has a B.S. in Business Logistics and Management Information Systems from Penn State University's Schreyerer Honors College and an M.B.A from Drexel University with a focus on Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
